Revisiting Local Food Preparations Through Anthropology: A Commentary Video Presentation

This UnEssay Project is a collaborative audio-visual presentation that aims to recreate a food preparation by an early Filipino ethnolinguistic group, Aetas, and make a commentary while trying out the food. Taking an interest in food, the group proposes to provide a glimpse of the field through the subject of ancient diet. The format of this video is an engaging and interactive vlogging type that also aims to disseminate information and awareness about the relevance of how early humans lived and survived by adapting to their environment through agriculture and hunting-gathering food.
